Anyone who thinks "gymnastics" is a dusty and boring affair is at the wrong address, at least when it comes to the SV Union Velbert 2011 fitness programs.

​

You come home tired and exhausted after a hard day's work. You let yourself fall on the couch, turn on the television and doze off. After that you do not feel fresh and relaxed, you are probably stunned. The body has released stress - energy throughout the day to enable it to perform at its best. What the body needs now is abreaction. Energy has to be dissipated and the best way to do that is through exercise.

Lumbago, sciatica, lower back pain ?! Almost 20 million German citizens can tell you a thing or two about it. Other impairments of the musculoskeletal system and the cardiovascular system are not exactly common today  Rare.


It doesn’t have to and shouldn’t come to that! The problem is a lack of exercise!

 

This is where sport comes into play:

 

The SV Union Velbert 2011 offers a varied training for optimal fat burning and promotion of endurance in a medium heart rate.

These are new forms of aerobic movement such as: step interval, fit ball aerobics, perfect body toning, back FIT, fit body interval, flexi-bar, stability, relaxation techniques

 

 

 

But don't worry, you don't have to be a great fitness ace. You determine the intensity and the pace of the exercises yourself.
